VISIT
Dear viewers! In order to avoid some unfortunate situations, it is recommended to arrive at the theater 15-20 minutes before the beginning of the play. In this case you will be able to leave your outerwear in the cloak-room, buy a program of the play and get acquainted with it and take your seat in the auditorium without any hurry.
SAFETY
Your safety is one of our priorities. That is why the theater is at 24 hour video surveillance. For your and surrounding you spectators' comfort it is recommended to leave large bags and backpacks in the cloak-room. It will allow not to block the aisles.
THE THIRD BELL
Entering the auditorium after the third bell is not possible.The sound of footsteps, finding your seat in the auditorium will disturb other viewers and actors. If there is an intermission in the play, the theater administration will offer you to take your seats in the next act.
FLOWERS
Flowers for actors can be left at the auditorium administration. We are very happy when the viewers give flowers to the actors on their own, however, for your convenience and other's comfort the staff of the auditorium service can pass your bouquets to the actors.
PHOTO AND VIDEO SHOOTING
Photo and video shooting in the auditorium is not prohibited, but only smartphone photos without a flashlight and shutter sound are allowed. Professional photography has to be accredited with the press officer.
ETIQUETTE
• Entering the auditorium with some foodand beverages in open containers is not prohibited. Beverages have to be nonalcoholic and in closed containers with twisting lids. It will allow to avoid spilling.
• Street style of clothing is not welcomed in the theater.
• We kindly ask you not to express your emotions during the play too loudly.
• Couples in love should not sit with their heads on each other's shoulders because it may obstruct the view of the audience behind you.
• After the play do not hurry to the cloak-room, wait for its end and the actors taking their bows. It will show your respect for art, the theater and the work of actors.
CLOAK-ROOM
The cloak-room will work 30 minutes more after the end of the play, so everyone will be able to get dressed at a comfortable rhythm. Do not lose your cloak-room token and device for simultaneous translation in order not to compensate for their cost: a cloak-room token costs 500 tenge, a device for simultaneous translation costs 5000 tenge. In case of loss ask the administration to help you to solve the situation. Your outerwear and bags will be given out to you after all the other viewers take theirs, as it is necessary to be sure in belonging of the things.
WISHES
• Dear adult viewers, tell your children about the etiquette and the rules of conduct in the theater before their visit.
• After your child has seen the play, ask your young spectator about their impressions, what they have understood from the performance. It helps to stimulate children's imagination and teaches to formulate thoughts and describe their feelings.
REFUND OF TICKETS
Refund of your tickets is possible:
• not later than 10 days before the day of the spectacular event 100 per cent of ticket price is refundable;
• in less than 10 days, but not later than 5 days before the day of the spectacular event not less than 50 per cent of ticket price is refundable;
• in less than 5 days, but not later than 3 days before the day of the spectacular event not less than 30 per cent of ticket price is refundable;
• in case of purchasing tickets from a tickets agent, Ticketon, for example, they are refunded by the ticket agent ;
• refund after the beginning of the event is not possible.
